Spring Work Trek 2024
May 3-5, 2024
Crystal Lake Scout Reservation

Please join us for a weekend of fellowship & service.  We will be preparing camp for the upcoming summer.  All you need to bring is yourself, work clothes, and a cheerful spirit to spend a day or two serving camp. Any additional tools to help with projects are also welcome.  We have projects for all skill levels to include some construction projects all the way to simple spring cleanup work.  See below list and/or contact Elvis for project signup.

Work Trek is a chance for all Scouts, Leaders, and Volunteers to come to our Samoset Council Camps (Tesomas, Akela's World, and Hanna) to assist in the maintenance and beatification of our great camps. We have many projects that need our attention, and we need your expertise in tackling those projects.

Anyone and everyone is welcome; any youth that attend are asked to attend with a parent or unit leader. Please register so we can plan on food for everyone. ​Anyone who participates in the service will be served three meals on Saturday.  A light breakfast will be available on Sunday. Indoor Housing is limited so we recommend everyone brings a tent.  Camping will be done on the Hanna side of the property.

Saturday

• 7:30:  Breakfast at Hanna
• 8:30: Work begins
• 12:00:  Lunch at Hanna
• 1:00: Work Resumes
• 5:00:  Projects are completed
• 6:00:  Dinner at Hanna

Sunday

• 7:30-8:30 AM Light Breakfast
